Today we have been waiting to hear from an Oncologist that my husband Jim has been going to since Nov. 1999, to help us navigate our way to a cure for Vince. Jim was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer at that time and has had the best possible outcome, surgery, no chemo or radiation and has been cancer free for almost 9 yrs! Praise Jesus! We are grateful that the Lord has prepared us in advance for what we are going through at this present time, it does make it a little easier to deal with, even though it's not easy in any way, but we are strong and we know that we will get through this as a family and be that much stronger because of it.
We have had so many phone calls and emails and we are so grateful to everyone for their love, support and most of all their prayers! I will update this as soon as I find out when we are going to go to the dr. and where. We will either be at USC or UCLA, depending on the information we find out tonight. We have 2 sources that we strongly connected to and both of them are so amazing and wonderful! (thank you, Piper)
